St George's Dramatic Society

St George's Dramatic and Musical Society was formed in February 1923 and has just celebrated its 90th anniversary.

We are a small society whose members primarily come from within the parish of St George. Our aim is to produce one pantomime and either a play or musical event once a year.The productions take place in the Church hall.

The pantomime takes place in the February half term with the play / musical event taking place in October. The Society's performers and helpers are aged from 5 years upwards, there being no upper age limit! We are always seeking new members both on and off the stage. Anybody wishing to help in any capaicty please come down and join us on rehearsal nights, Fridays and Sundays, or contact Glenys or John Bradley on e-mail glenysbradley@aol.com
